Little late, but here is #76....

This structure is 55 feet tall. It took two years to build, is the only
structure of its kind in Nebraska and one of only seven in the country.
The area is the site of the largest historical gathering of Native
Americans, a trout ranch, and pioneer graves. Also a replica of the
largest land mammal ever to roam the earth.

What is this structure, and where is it located?
