Hi,
Fred LABS b 1854 m. Nov 1878 to
Augusta RUSCH, b. 1857 (near Stettin?)
arrived in NY in April 1879.
Went directly to Johnson or Pawnee Co., Nebr., (near Steinauer or
Tecumseh) to join other RUSCH families.
Augusta's father Carl RUSCH died in or near Schivelbein.

Does anyone have any clues as to the town of origin of these families?
The death records, naturalization papers, etc, say only "Germany."

Is there anyone who has come across these names in their research in
Johnson or Pawnee Co.? This couple had children baptized at St. Peter's
Lutheran Ch., but Augusta's mother is buried at Salem's cemetery.
