OVER THE COUNTY
[Weeping Water Republican] Word from Ira CAPPEN states that they will be in New York for three weeks while repairs are being made on the U.S.S. Broad Arrow, which was damaged in a collision at sea. At the time he wrote they had not yet completed unloading the cargo so as to go into dry dock.
