I don't know if this is the Vaclav Dudycha you are looking for, but on page 461 of the book "History of Czechs in America" by Jan Habenicht there is the following information about a Vaclav Dudycha. It is from the chapter on the State of Illinois and it is talking about the Evangelical reformed church in Chicago. It said that in June 1900 Pastor Vaclav Dudycha suceeded another pastor at the church which was located at the corner of Ashland Avenue and 19th Street. Pastor Dudycha had been born in Bor near Prosec on July 23, 1863. He was raised in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, where he studied. Then he left for New York to study theology and he was ordained on October 12, 1892.
