PONCA, Neb. -- Dudley E. Curry, 64, of Ponca died Saturday, Nov. 8, 2003, at
Pender Community Hospital in Pender, Neb.

Services will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at United Methodist Church in Ponca,
with the Rev. Chuck Rager officiating. Burial will be in Silver Ridge Cemetery
in rural Ponca. Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, with the family
present, at the church. Mohr Funeral Home in Ponca is handling arrangements.

Dudley was born Jan. 29, 1939, in Ponca, the son of Albert and Versa (Young)
Curry. He graduated from Allen High School. Dudley and Don Peterson owned and
operated Dudley's Cycle Center in Ponca from 1965 to 1977, the first Kawasaki
dealership in this area.

He married Florine Cox on Sept. 18, 2003, at United Methodist Church in
Ponca. He was a member of Ridgerunners of Cherokee, Iowa, Pioneer Machinery Club of
Le Mars, Iowa, and the Newcastle Threshers Association of Newcastle, Neb.

Survivors include his wife, Florine of Ponca; a daughter, Wanetta and her
husband, Pat Walker of Norfolk, Neb.; two sons, Dudley Curry Jr. of Sioux City,
and Glenn and his wife, Julia Curry of Phoenix, Ariz.; four grandchildren; a
sister, Sydnie Curry of Ponca; several cousins; and many friends. Dudley was
preceded in death by his parents.

Pallbearers will be C.W. Miller, Mike Walker, Paul Mahler, Dan McNear, Donald
Curry and Dave Armstrong.
