I'm not the list owner but it's very easy to unsubscribe from this (or any other RootsWeb) list. When you subscribed you were sent the instruction. If you are subscribed in mail mode send an email to
with the word "unsubscribe" (without the quotes) in the body of your email.
If you are subscribed in digest mode send an email to with the word "unsubscribe" (without the quotes) in the body of your email.

BTW...How DO you become a healthier, happier person? LOL ...too funny... sorry couldn't resist:)
