1. Ferdinand Felix GODFIRNON died April 08, 1902 Falls City Richardson Co
Nebraska
2. Rosalia (Rosalie) SAELENS GODFIRNON died January 11, 1908 Falls City
Richardson Co Nebraska.

Both were born in Belgium and came to Falls City ...

The daughter of Ferdinand and Rosalie, Fernande GODFIRNON married Will S.
KEIM ... his brother Albert Russell KEIM was an owner of the Falls City
Journal as well as a Judge in Falls City. I would like an obit and / or bio
on

3. Albert Russell KEIM born February 22, 1859 Stoystown, Somerset Co
Pennsylvania ... I don't know when or where he passed away. Presumably Falls
City but this info MAY be contained in his bio.

THE NEMAHA VALLEY JOURNAL, at Brownville, managed by W. S. Blackburn was
brought to Falls City in 1868, and is continued to the present day, now as
the FALLS CITY JOURNAL. The Journal, Republican in politics until recent
years, passed through the hands of W. S. Strech, A. R. Scott, W. T. Chadwick,
Ed Howe, A. L. Rich, Frank Martin, A. R. KEIM, Virgil Falloon, N. W. Todd,
and Leo Nusbaum. All were able writers and have been a great influence in
Richardson County.


The school now has seven departments under the charge of the following corps
of teachers: High School, Prof. W. Rich, Principal; RUSSELL KEIM, Assistant;
Second Grammar School, Mrs. A. L. Sanderson; First Grammar School, Miss Anna
Schuckman; Second Intermediate, Mrs. Olive Kline; First Intermediate, Miss
Mattie Williams; Second Primary, Miss Annie Smith; First Primary, Miss Hattie
Stone.
