I have been following back lines in the Anton Chico St. Jose church records
and am wondering if others have ancestors from there. A couple of the lines
have their origins in Albuquerque. One that does not is a Bartolo HIJAR
born 1835 in Mexico (as opposed to New Mexico)
The MONTANO (properly MONTAÑO) line goes back to Esteban MONTANO (b 1821)
and Juliana SISNEROS (b 1825). The children I have thus far are: Maria
Petra (b 1843), Telesfora (1847), Serifin (b1845), Cesario (1850), Dario
(1851), Esquipula (1854), Jose Perfilio (1858), Redicindo (1861), Martin
(1863), and Eugenio (1868).

Does anyone have earlier records for Esteban MONTANO and Juliana SISNEROS?
