I phoned our local Police Station (they enjoy chatting about
off-beat things :-) and the nice man suggested you write to
the Dept. of Justice, Private Bay, WELLINGTON.

There is the wonderful Police Museum at Trentham of course,
but he said there were no Archives held there!! Oh yes.. And
he said he wishes you well with your research!!
