Hi all
Can I piggy back this with another query? would welsh folk have travelled
out of Plymouth also? I have found ancestors, which we believed to be of
Welsh origin, leaving via Plymouth in 1854. Is it more likely that they
weren't Welsh at all?
Thanks

list is almost entirely single, Irish farm or house servants with just a few
family groups. Can someone explain the reason for this and why the Irish
sailed out of Plymouth and not Ireland.
