Arrived as a child on Birman 1842 aged 3. at some stage married Emma
Soames born Aeroplane Island off south of Kapiti 1842.
Disappeared into the King Country ca 1880 and never heard of again > Did
he go to Aussie? Some in the family said so. But he was ruled dead by
the Judge in 1903 when his father's will was being contested by a
sister. Mystery.
