To Whom It May Concern,
I have read your article on the price increases, and cant believe you can
justify the increase from $9 and $21, to $30, I could understand from $21 to
$30, but $9 to $30, is robbery.I do genealogy and over the last couple of
years have purchased many certs for $9, and still have plenty more to go,
but now need to think twice at the new cost. There will no doubt be thousands
like me, that at $9 can afford it, but come on $30 for a photocopy is a bit
rough and considering we are getting the same item, I cant see how you can
justify this price increase.

Oh I know you will go on that it is the new technology you are going to
supply, but we only want a photocopy, and your new technology is not going
to make one bit of difference to a photocopy. So how about been a little
fairer and dropping the cost of a photocopy to something a little more
realistic, even if it has to go up, I could live with that , but a
reasonable charge, dont fleece us. I will also encourage everyone I know to
write or fax or email you on this price increase, and see if we can have a
more reasonable outcome.

Ethel Goodfellow
