Have just spoken to xtra again. They are now looking into the problem and their actions will depend on no. of complaints they receive so suggest that (if you receive this message) you phone xtra on 0800 22 55 98.

Interestingly, in the last 30 mins I have received digests from the NZ list - some sent 27th January.
