My husbands Aunt - Elva Love (nee Enoka) played hockey for New Zealand and was also NZ Captain in the 50s'.
Elva also played for Wellington.
We have alot of her memorabilia - newspaper clippings, photo's, programs , etc and also the team mascot.
I contacted the New Zealand Hockey Association and they were not intrested in any of this - and were not helpful at all.
I also contact the Wellington Hockey Association and got the same response.
We have given her NZ blaser, hockey sticks and some photo's to the local hall where she grew up , near Martinbourgh. They have built a display cabinet. I was wondering if anyone had any idea who may be interested in the rest of the collection? or what I can.
