Hi,

I am new to this list and would like some info. on obtaining a death certificate of my Grandmothers.

I know where she died, the date she died and where she is buried.

Could someone please tell me what information I need to apply for a certificate and where do I apply.

Also do I need area and reference nos. like you do in England, and if so where do you obtain them from.

Also if someone could tell me the cost of the certificates please.
