Intestate mean died not leaving a Will,
She may of had more that 50,000, that is why P Trust stepped in
The will was finally settled in 1954
there must of the been a big settlement for 70 people to of had a share,

opps I never read the bottom,
There should be a will, ask Public Trust

Will be inresting to know when you find out
