A bit off track I'm sorry but this site is full of wonderful helpful people.

Could some please tell me where a marriage cert. would be held.

Marriage took place in Scotland the wife was New Zealand citizen and the husband was British citizen with New Zealand residence.
Both residing in NZ.
Also If there was a divorce where would the copy's be held.
