A lady in Australia, requires urgent assistance to locate, JOSEPH NEWSOME, aged about 75, somewhere in New Zealand. Of Irish descent.
Does anyone know this name or his whereabouts, please?

Also, are there any late Electoral Rolls on-line, that could be used here in an effort to locate him?
