Is there anyone who might be going into the National Library sometime soon and who could look up a birth for me in the Consular Indexes please.

I am after a Gladys Joy Barnes supposedly born on 10 January 1924 possibly in Shanghai, China.

I know her older siblings, ie a brother and sister were born there so it is possible she was born there as well. She is not in the UK birth indexes. Her parents names were Oliver John Barnes and Ivy Beatrice Hatton Beebe.
