Hi Folks.

Am doing some research for an elderly (non-computer-savvy) lady on Australia.
Can anyone please tell me if 195 Fitzgerald Avenue in St Albans, Christchurch
was a hospital, private hospital or private dwellinging in 1912 and, indeed, if
the building still exists?

Many thanks for any help.

Peter.
