A problem I have struck with the online BDM tool:
In looking for the marriage of a female ancestor I am unable to find the
marriage we know took place by searching for her under any variation of her
family name (GOODIN/GOODEN).
Searching using her husbands name (TIPPER) gives me the "There are no
records that match your query terms" message.
However if I use the husband's family name in the bride's family name space
I find the record, the bride being Thomas TIPPER, with no husband
(partner)....must have married him/herself.
Any ideas how I can find the data i am looking for?
Thanks
Michael Ross
