There is no need to notify DIA of matches of brides and grooms for earlier
marriages. The NZ Society of Genealogists has completed a database matching
almost all brides and grooms which is available for purchase on CD.

If DIA wanted to add the matches they would use the original records
available to them and would not be work from information supplied by family
members.
