If you go to a stamp dealer they can sell you the necessary postage stamps
Cumbersome but can be done...

Until this afternoon I was under the impression that one could go to the
Post Office and purchase an International Postal Order which you attached to
an addressed envelope to facilitate return of the envelope and its contents
by the recipient. I am told that this service is no longer available.



I wish to post a letter to Scotland seeking family information and wish to
pay for its return. Can any member of the list enlighten me as to what
system they use?
