CWGC is administered in NZ by Dept of Internal Affairs. Perhaps they have
moderated the rules here. Kate is buried among a large group of soldiers
graves at Clareville where many of my family are buried. Perhaps Adele
could have a look and see how many of them died after 1921.
Perhaps all soldiers here get a stone like the CWGC. the CWGC 'debt of
honour' says they list the people who died during the wars. When I was in
France we visited a relative's grave in the civil cemetery at Nieppe. He
was a priest and is buried in the Priests' Vault, not in a war cemetery. He
was shot at Messines.
