Subject: [nz] Ellesmere Guardian & Star Newspaper after 1909

Hello,

Could anyone please tell me who I can get in touch with regarding stories
and photos from the Ellesmere Guardian from the end of the 1920's to the
early 1930's.
In Paperspast I found my Mum (Connie BURNETT) mentioned in the Ellesmere
Guardian papers when she was a little girl and would like to know if there
were any photographs in the newspapers of the children. The dates were from
1927 to 1934. Being a small town newspaper and with the weddings and fancy
dress contests there must have been photo's. Who is the best person to
contact.

Also the paperspast website for the Star or Christchurch Star ends in 1909
is there a way of searching the Star from 1910 onwards.

Thank you.
Lorina
