Hi Shona,
I never gave him the correct details but certainly told him what was wrong.

My great Grandfather died in 1881 but this guy gave him a son born in 1883 and a daughter in 1885.

And when presented with the correct information along with documents etc,
refuse to change their details online...very frustrating.
