Olwyn, the Archives NZ site says it is presenting 'a selection' of nearly
700 forms. There were 845 deaths on 12 October alone
(http://www.nzhistory.net.nz/war/new-zealanders-in-belgium/passchendaele).
So it does not purport to be a complete list of Passchendaele deaths. You
would need to enquire of Archives NZ whether they have the form for Stanley
Vincent, and whether it can be made available.

Why is he on the Albury War Memorial? Was he a farm hand up there?
Lance Corporal Stanley Victor Carthew Vincent, Canterbury Infantry Regiment,
NZEF, 18th Reinforcements, J Company, was killed in action 12 October 1917
Ypres, Belgium. Service No.: 28927 He was killed in action 12 October 1917
near Belle Vue at the age of 20.
