Barbara this is the best question I have seen yet. Thank you for asking it.
You are not alone in trying to organize. I have file drawers with hanging
folders for each name and subject and then sub file in each surname folder to
seperate the other names that are connected with it. It works to an extent but
I could sure use some more ideas.
