I'd be interested in the answer to this problem too. I'm using Windows 98
and it tells me that MSIE is not responding. When I can't get in I hit ctrl
Alt Delete and then I have to hit end task. Then in another screen I have
to hit end task as well. Then I click on the e-mail icon at the bottom of
the screen, and another screen pops up with I can't remember what, and then
my e-mail screen appears. Very strange!!!!! Not even my computer guru
nephew knows what is causing this annoyance. Doesn't do it all the time
either. Go figure!!!!! Pat
