Hi Barbara,
I had similar problems installing Big Fix. My new computer which I got for my
birthday (9/14)courtesy of my son slowed to a crawl. So I quickly uninstalled
it and my computer was back up to speed in seconds.
Do you have McAffee? I got an error message saying Big Fix and McAffee aren't
compatible. I am not sure if that was my problem or not. Anyway Big Fix is
gone. I guess I will get by without it, at last for now.
