Subject: [NEWGEN] Netscape Help

Each time I click on Netscape Communicator 4.5, this message appears. I
have tried to get an update, also tried to install again but when I try
that I get a message saying I already have netscape communicator. Of
course I do, but it doesn't work.
Message:
Netscape -- JS Preference Warning
An error occurred while reading the preference file "C\PROGRAM
FILES\NETSCAPE\
COMMUNICATOR PROGRAM\netscape.cfg" Default preferences will be used.

Any help or suggestions in simple language will be appreciated.
