I don't know about IN, but when I emailed someone who worked in the
cemetery in Berrien County Mi. She emailed the information I needed in
about an hour. I'll do some checking and let you know if I found out
anything for you.

Subject: [NEWGEN] cemetery records
Greetings!
I just got off the phone with someone at a South Bend, IN cemetery. She
told
me that she could not give me copies of cemetery records, because it's a
privacy issue.
I've requested these records from other places with no problem. Even
though
the people I'm requesting this information about are distant relatives,
they
*are* related.
Is this some Indiana thing, or have the people that have been giving me
these records before been breaking the law?
Thanks!
Wendy Boughner Whipple
