Bunny,

You should be able to just drag and drop. I'm not sure how
knowledgeable you are with computers, but that is the way I do most
things. Actually, I back things up onto a CD-RW which hold a lot more
and are more reliable than floppies. I hope this helps!

would like each folder saved to a floppy with all the emails in each
one.... I did this once before but can't remember how it was done...
