Sept. 14:
Bodega Man will Raise Sheep - A. BILBOA of Bodega Bay, who has leased
the HARDIN ranch near Sonoma, will engage in the sheep raising business
on an extensive scale. The ranch which contains 1200 acres and is
located on the Sonoma mountains, has been under lease to Wm. ZIMMERMAN,
who with his family will soon leave for Modesto to engage in farming.

Mabel CASAROTTI GALLAGHER et al, has deeded to Charles CASAROTTI, 274.39
acres in Rancho Laguna de San Antonio and 438-1-2 acres in Rancho
Nisacio, according to the records filed in the Marin county recorder's
office.

Death Summons County Pioneer - John V. DAVIS, 85, died at his home near
Graton Thursday. He was one of the best known residents of western
Sonoma county and made his home in the Graton section for more than
fifty years. Surviving is the widow, and a large number of children.
Born in Missouri, he came to California in 1852.

Sept. 16:
RICHARDSON - in Novato, Marin co. Sept. 16, Anna the wife of the late
William H. RICHARDSON, dearly beloved mother of Mrs. Margaret E. HALE,
and Mrs. Agnes HAIRE of Novato and the late William H. RICHARDSON Jr.;
devoted sister of Mrs. Isabelle GOVAN of San Mateo, a native of Ireland,
aged 69 years. Funeral services Wednesday, Sept. 18, at 1:30 o'clock at
the chapel of Blackburn & Sorensen, Interment Cypress Hill Cemetery.

BAKER - In Oakland, Sept. 15, Clara L., dearly beloved wife of G.M.
BAKER; loving daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. A.N. PETERS; devoted
sister of John L. Johanna, Emma, Cassius M. and Charles R. PETERS, Mrs.
A.S. WHITAKER and Mrs. A.D. SCOTT. A native of California. Private
funeral services will be held at the chapel of Blackburn & Sorensen.
Interment at Cypress Hill cemetery.

NEASHAM - Ira Arthur, aged 54 years, beloved husband of Minnie NEASHAM;
brother of Mrs. Wm. ROUSTON of Ft. Bidwell, Mrs. Geo. FITZGERALD of
Lakeview, Leona and Catherine of Los Angeles, Andy of Cedarville, John
of Dunsmuir, Jake of DuBuque, Iowa, Clarence of Lovelock, NV., George of
Folsom and Henry of WA. He has lived in California most of his life and
the past 23 years in Cotati. The funeral will be held on Thursday at the
family home. The Rev. Mr. BEAN will officiate. Interment will be in the
family plot in Cypress Hill.

WALDORF - Thomas, age 43, beloved son of Mr. and Mrs. S. WALDORF of 102
Upham st. Brother of Mrs. Chas. GRANT of Redding, Ca. and Walter S. of
San Francisco. The funeral will be held from the Mount funeral home.
Rev. Ralph CONRAD will officiate. Interment at Cypress Hill Cem. The
American Legion will have services at the grave.
