SATURDAY EVENING - DECEMBER 28, 1901

WILL OF LATE BENJ. T. FARBER HAS BEEN FILED IN THE PROBATE
COURT

The will of Benjamin T. FARBER, late of Xenia, was filed in the
probate court yesterday. He directs that his personal property be
converted into money and the executors are to pay to the following
children, John C. FARBER, James H. FARBER, and Fannie B. WOLFE, each the
sum of $250.
The sale of the real property is to be made on such terms and within
such time as the executors think is the best interest of the estate. The
sale is to be either public or private,
The executors are to loan all monies which come into their hands after
complying with the will to pay $250 each to the children as provided
above, and paying $100 to the widow.
All the interest and rents of the property is to expand as fast as
collected to his wife Mary C. FARBER, the same to be in lieu of her dower
interest in the property and to be paid so long as she is his widow for
her support and that of their daughter, Anna, at the time of the widows
death, or at her marriage in which events all payments to her are to
stop.
$4000 is to be set aside for the support of the daughter Anna. At the
death of the daughter, the $4000 goes to the 3 remaining children.
His sons, John C. FARBER & Jas. H. FARBER are named as executors. The
will of drawn February 10, 1897 and is witnessed by P.R. SCHNEBLEY and
Mr. R. SNODGRASS.
It is estimated that the personal property of Mr. FARBER will amount
to $4500 and the real estate is $5000.
