The lots are ?? feet front and 50 feet deep. The houses, which will be specially designed for entertaining, will be of the three-story and basement type, and will contain sixteen rooms and four baths each. They will be built of colonial brick and stone. on the ground floor will be an entrance hall, reception room, drawing room, and dining room. The second and third floors will have three large bedrooms and two baths each.
