Hi Listers:
I recently sent an inquiry & $15.00 to NYC, looking for a Birth Record of a
relative, enclosing the name, date & place. I was told they could not find
it. I've heard horror stories about similar cases, where it is suspected the
researcher, perhaps, did not really look it up, or didn't go the whole nine
yards. Is there anyone out there who may have another source, who could
assist me? I'll be happy to provide the information to anyone who contacts me
