Mac,

The Les Lander document is beautifully laid out but in its email transmission we somehow lose the tabs and everything goes awry.

Les's records indicate the name is William David Cross, not mine, I have William Davis Cross (what can you tell me about this gentleman?).

William Lander (1771-1821 drowned), Master Mariner, Brig "Hope" married 1805, Trinity to Elizabeth Moores.

John Lander (1785-1854), Master Mariner "Two Brothers", married 1817, Trinity to Susannah Taverner, Harbour Master at Poole 1835.

Thomas Wise Lander (Master of "Two Brothers") married Susan Way Taverner and had daughter Susannah Arabella born Trinity. Three other children recorded at Poole viz: Charles b 1816, bp 1818; Thomas William b 1813, d 1886 Poole; Sarah b 1810, bp 1813, married 1831 at Trinity to Charles Newhook.
