Hi Dan,
I have the book "The Fighting Newfoundlander" because I had an uncle who
died in World War I and he is listed in this book - FRANK FREDERICK
H.[AYWARD] SIMMS, died Dec. 3, 1917.
Checked and could not find any mention of the TILLY name. Very few names
except high officers mentioned in the 1812 period.
Wish I could bring better news.
