Subject: [NFLD-LAB-L] Newbie Question, part II

Thanks for the wonderful replies I have been receiving. Someone recommended
that I do the following:
"Why don't you list the names you are searching you might get more
information that way."
So, with permission, I will do so. Thanks in advance for your patience.
I am looking for my wife's maternal grandparents line, which originates in
Newfoundland.
Name: Leo Hamifan Murphy
Birth: ?date, Kitcheus (sp), Conception Harbour, Newfoundland.
Baptisms:
11/9/1901 (don't know if this is the US or UK dating; i.e., month first,
then date, or vice versa), St. Anne's Church, Conception Harbour. Only
child of:
Father:
Lawrence Hamifan
Mother:
Agnes Murphy.
I have a marriage date of 1924 in Cambridge, Massachusetts, so he obviously
emigrated by that time.
I sincerely appreciate any help.
Peter

May the best you've ever seen
Be the worst you'll ever see;
May a moose ne'er leave yer girnal
Wi' a teardrop in his e'e.
May ye aye keep hale and hearty
Till ye're auld enough tae dee,
May ye aye be just as happy
As I wish ye aye tae be.
