CREWE

WILLIAM CREWE was a resident of Hunt's Island until he married in 1860. Then, for a number of years he lived in Ramea, the home of his wife. No doubt he was also influenced by his sister, SARAH, who had married his wife's brother, JAMES (see page 29), in 1859 and was already living on the island. Sometime after 1865 the family left Ramea and settled in Deer Island.
