To all:-

Let us all work together to GET RID of the scoreboard symbol
denoting NO REPLY or NO ANSWER -- some as far back as
March. 1999 -- the start of this seemingly two-part exercise in
frustration. The second part began after Nov. 27, 2000.

We find there are 76 who have yet to respond. I do not mind the
UNDECIDED symbol -- as the old saying goes, "when push comes
to shove" I feel all or many of the 61 with the FENCE symbol may
vote with the present 151 in SUPPORT.

This would be a total of 212 in support -- 6 AGAINST - out of 294 MPs.

British Columbia has 3 {Sophia Leung; Werner Schmidt; Randy White
Alberta has ONE -- Peter Goldring
Ontario has 18 -- all have been contacted
Quebec has 50 out of present 74 Members of Parliament -- too many
New Brunswick has 2 - Jeannot Castonguay and Charles Hubbard
Newfoundland-Labrador has 2 out of present 5 MPs: Gerry Byrne and
Bill Matthews

Due to hard work and a great bit of diligence -- NO Blue ?? for Nova
Scotia, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Prince Edward Island and
N.W.T., Yukon and Nunavut

All except those in Ontario and Quebec are receiving a copy -- YOU may
forward this memo IF one is your Member of Parliament.
