CARTER, David Randolph CD, P.Eng. - (1948 - 2004). Passed peacefully away in hospital at Ottawa on Monday, August 23, 2004. Cherished husband of Catherine (Kitty); beloved father of Lisa and David. Missed by his canine companion, Nyles. Also survived by his father Ralph and his sisters: Susan and JoAnne. Predeceased by his mother Joan. Fondly remembered by his sisters-in-law: Peggy and Dolores. A service to celebrate the life of the late Randy Carter will be held at the Garden Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 3440 Richmond Rd. (between Baseline Rd., and Bayshore Dr.) Nepean on Saturday, August 28th at 10:30 a.m. followed by a reception. Private Burial.
