To Ann and other Batten researchers,
Geat Grandmother Elizabeth Ann Batten b. Oct 14 1863 Bareneed, Newfoundland. She was the daughter of John Batten (b. 1839) and Harriet Lear b.1841 Port de Grave. John Batten was the son of James and Mary Batten, and James Batten was the son of William Batten.

Elizabeth Ann Batten married Elijah Bartlett b. 1858 (son of William Bartlett). Their daughter Myrtle Bartlett b. Oct 1, 1900 was my husband's grandmother.

If anyone can connect to this Batten, Bartlett, Lear, Richards, Morgan family I would like to hear from you.
