O'KEEFE, Sean Trevor - Passed suddenly away in Alberta as a result of an
industrial accident on Saturday, April 30, 2005, Sean Trevor O'Keefe of
Carbonear, age 25 years. Predeceased by grandmother: Olga Williams,
grandparents: John Sr. and Mary O'Keefe, uncles: Scott Williams and John
O'Keefe Jr., aunt: Barb O'Keefe. Leaving to mourn parents: Tony and Carole,
Carbonear; sister: Melissa, Carbonear; grandfather: Frederick Williams
(Lena), Harbour Grace; fianc e: Crystal Warford; her parents: Ed and
Christine Warford; her sister: Natasha Warford, all of Clarenville; uncles:
Larry O'Keefe, St. John's and Trevor (Suzanne) Williams, Harbour Grace;
aunts: Stella (Dennis) O'Grady, Mount Pearl and Sonia Williams, Harbour
Grace; cousins: Regan and Ryon Williams, Ashlie, Leah and Hayley O'Grady;
also a number of great-aunts, great-uncles and other relatives and friends.
Resting at NOEL'S FUNERAL HOME, WATER STREET, CARBONEAR and from where the
funeral will take place on Saturday, May 7th at 10:00 a.m. Mass to follow at
10:30 a.m. from St. Patrick's Roman Catholic Church and Cemetery, Carbonear.
Flowers gratefully accepted or as an expression of sympathy, donations in
his memory may be made to the Sean Trevor O'Keefe Memorial Fund. Visitation
hours at Noel's Funeral Home are 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon, 2:00 to 5:00

PITTMAN, Shirley Theresa (nee Francis) (1940-2005) - Passed peacefully away
surrounded by her loving family at St. Clare's Mercy Hospital on Tuesday,
May 3, 2005. Predeceased by her husband John (1979), daughter Jean (1997),
infant son Stephen (1982), brother Patrick (1993) and her parents, Mary Jane
Francis (1950) and Edward Francis (1981). Ever remembered and sadly missed
by her children: Jackie (Noel Rendell), Nicole (Mark Verge), Tony and John
(Renee); grandchildren: Melissa (Jay), Stephanie, Janelle and Mitchell and
great-grandchild Miguel. Also leaving to mourn sisters: Margaret (Alvin),
Tish, Cathy (Alex), Julie; brothers Junior and Jim (Beatrice); and
sister-in-law Mary Francis and their families, as well as a large circle of
family, including many brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, who considered
her a sister, and dear friends especially Florence Power and Shirley's
longtime friends Edith Hobbs and Mats Walker. Also the Rendell and Pittman
Families. A special thanks to Myles Bragg who courageously helped Mom during
her time of need and to all of the staff at CCU, including Elaine, Sheila,
Colleen, Barb and AJ. Resting at Caul's Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road.
Visitation Wednesday from 2 p.m. - 10 p.m. and Thursday from 10 a.m. - 10
p.m. Funeral Mass on Friday, May 6, 2005 at 10:30 a.m. from St. John Bosco
Church. Cremation to follow. Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Flowers
gratefully accepted or donations in her memory may be made to a charity of
one's choice.
