Ever wonder what the day of the week was for a given date? was told of
this site, and it seems to work.

When you might ask does one want to convert the date to the day? Not
often, but the reverse is sometimes handy. For instance a news clip gives
only the day. This can narrow the paper's date, or with other facts,
support a conclusion.
