Hi Len,
I will let you know. So far, what I have is that my Edward Charles Morgan's
records were also destroyed by fire and
my mother (his daughter) states that he would state that the records were
burnt in the Great Fire. The only problem is for the time frame.
Mom tells me that Grandpa talked about his records being burnt but, the
question is: In what fire did they burn?
Grandpa says to Mom that it was the Great Fire however the Great Fire did
not occur about that time and Mom insists that he was born in 1900!
In any event, my Morgans are from the William Morgan of 1783 clan and I hope
to take it back further.
I have just updated my information today but, haven't had the chance to
update my site yet. Hopefully, it will be easier to follow soon.
