Hello fellow researchers;

I'm looking for info on a professional boxer by the
name of "Chancey".

My father James Eastman beat him in a street fight on
the St.John's water front and the paper the next day
reported it under the heading "Bayman Beats Chancey"

I don't know what year it happened but I think it was
around 1924. I've never seen any mention of Chancey in
any of the papers I've researched so I hope someone
can tell me what years he fought. This would help me
narrow down the date in my search for the elusive
article.
