I have the book "Families of the South Arm of Bonne Bay" 1800's-1930's by
Roy Osmond
This is the info listed for "Thomas Wilson ROSE (1863-1926) of
Brigus,Conception Bay,arrived in Bonne Bay by 1900 from Englee.He was a
general dealer,with two small stores,including a liquor store.Rose settled
and raised his family at Curzon Village,where he remained until his
death.His business went bankrupt in the pre-1920's"

I also have the parents of Clarissa Taylor in this book if you need this
information.
This book does have some mistakes but it is a very good book for researching
this area.
