Hi listers,

Civil Marriage registrations for Notre Dame Bay 1896-1900, or thereabouts,
has just been posted on the New Gen Web, Recent/New postings for Nov 2 2004.
Click the above link and scroll down. The listings are in 3 sections.

The church records for marriages performed at this time period by Canon R
Temple (St Peters Ang Church) of Twillingate were lost in a fire, so these
versions help make up that loss. As well, I believe the same applies for some
records lost in a Little Bay fire.

Religions covered include Roman Catholic, Salvation Army, Methodist (United),
and Church of England/Anglican.
